Committee Selection
Dear members,
With the start of Trinity term the time has
come again for the selection of a new OUEngSoc committee. If you are
enthusiastic, able, and committed and believe that you could
contribute positively towards the running of the society (such as
finding sponsorship, keeping members informed, handling the website,
marketing the society, managing the finances, and organising a wide
range of events, socials, trips and talks) then please do apply!
The
selection process...
The committee selection process shall
be a first round of applications followed by a second round of
interviews for selected applicants. If you're a member then you may
apply to any of the committee positions with the exception of
President and Vice-President (all positions open are detailed
below).
To apply, please email to ouengsoc@gmail.com
your CV and no more than 300 words
describing: why you wish to be on the committee, why you would wish
to hold the particular position for which you are applying (stating
any relevant experience), what visions and ideas you might have for
new events or the development of the society, and any major
commitments next year which might affect the amount of time you have
available for the society. Please make the subject of your
email "OUEngSoc Application".
